I think they fixed this in the chat. You used to be able to type too fast and completely overrun the buffer or whatever it used for your chat message so the result was a few random letters of gibberish rather than a sentence. I dunno if this was a network or software issue, but I am getting a similar problem with voice key shortcuts. I have some of them memorized so for example if I see an enemy plane I will hit F3 F6 to relay that info, but I often hit them too fast and have to hit F6 twice. This may sound like a minor concern but when you are flying and each second off the throttle points you just slightly closer to that mountain...it can get annoying to have to go back and hit a key.

On a slightly related note, I also wish they'd increase the length of a message you can type.. I understand that by having the chat in the middle left of the screen you dont want extra long messages going all the way to the crosshairs.....but just make it so that if they go over the current length the rest just goes to the next line. I dont want to write a novel in voice chat...but I often find myself having to go back and type half of a sentence because I hit the limit so fast.
