BF2142 Stats Hacked

BFHQ is reporting that the Battlefield 2142 stats program has been hacked. Some players are now working to pad stats and artificially increase play scores.

It has been brought to our attention that there are hacked ranked servers running which allow the artificial increase of player scores. We are working with all parties involved to shut these servers down, prevent further use of the ranked servers for padding purposes and resetting those player accounts which have been found to be stat padding.

Please be vigilant when connecting to a server for unusual behaviour including extremely short round times and excessively high scores by others on the server. If you suspect the server is being used for padding purposes please disconnect and report the server IP address to EA Customer Support at http://support.ea.com

(NASDAQ: ERTS - News) today unveiled Battlefield Heroes™, an all-new Play 4 Free cartoon-style shooter that will bring classic Battlefield gameplay to an all new mass audience. Available for download at www.battlefield-heroes.com this summer, Battlefield Heroes is EA’s first title that is offered completely for free, and features a built-in matchmaking system to ensure that players of equal skill are paired together for fair play. Developed by DICE in Stockholm, Battlefield Heroes is leading EA’s new web-focused free to download, free to play business model which generates revenue through advertising and micro-transactions. The two Community Managers we’re looking for will be responsible for planning and executing a strategy for day to day communications to the world wide Battlefield and Mirror´s Edge communities or a yet undisclosed project. World At War: FH2 Tourney

World at War is hosting a FH2 Tournament.

World at War (WaW) has said its farewells to FH and has made the full move over to FH2. After over 5 years of Battlefield 1942 gameplay, Campaign 15 is ready to kick off on an entirely new level. WaW puts players in the seat of a real division and full simulated war, complete with commanding officers, strategies and companies. The new campaign pits the British forces against the German and Italian forces in a fight for the control of Africa.
